In recent years, Google suite has played a major part in my education and professional career. I have been fortunate to see firsthand how the applications of Google Suite can be effective in many ways. This collection of cloud based applications includes email, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and many more helpful software tools that can make any student or educators life much easier.

Utilizing Google Suite in the classroom can be helpful in many ways. For one it will help with organization as everything you create is auto saved in the cloud and can be accessed from any device on different platforms when needed. Projects are easy to share, and by adding collaborators you are able to observe students in real time. Google Suite applications are also easy to embed within each other to create the ultimate project creations.
Google Suite gives students access to a collection of tools that can be used for various purposes. Gmail and Google Hangouts allows the ability to communicate via email, video, and chat. For students in online education programs or just outside of class, these communication tools gives students options on how to connect with each other. I also just learned this week that Google Drive accounts that are associated with university license accounts, (Boise State), have unlimited cloud storage capacity. Good to know as a student!
Tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides are applications every student needs to know how to use and not just in the classroom. Exposure to these applications helps build students technology skills, and is a requirement in most job markets these days. The ability to also work collaboratively on cloud based projects is something student should have exposure to.
These applications provide convenience and accessibility in the classroom yet at the same time understanding how to function and operate these applications are skills students need for success now and later on in life.

I definitely agree that the accessibility and convenience is a high point for many applications through Google. Not sure students should use them for everything but agree that it can become a necessary tool to know how to use in the future.
